Get upside down!!
If there is extra time at the end of class, spend the time working on inversion skills. This includes handstands, handstand holds, handstands against a wall, handstands on a box, handstands against bands, skin the cats, ring inversions, wheel/bridge, etc.! Be creative! Try to spend the last few minutes of classes in October upside down!
