Yay burpees! We will do one minute of burpees at the end of every class. This will allow everyone to see:
– how much progress you have made since we did burpees for the first movement of the month (in March 2014)
– how much progress you can make on a minute of burpees within a month
The first class that you go to class in December, write down how many burpees you complete in the minute. Keep track throughout the month, if you beat you score, write it on the whiteboard! The teen with the biggest improvement (without sandbagging!) will win a prize at the end of the month.
