I grew up playing a variety of sports including soccer, tennis, basketball, and swimming. As a teen, I fell in love with field hockey and lacrosse and played both sports competitively throughout high school. After four years of Division I lacrosse at Longwood University, I struggled with maintaining a consistent fitness routine. I missed the competitive and social aspects of team sports, until my boyfriend introduced me to CrossFit in 2010. I truly enjoy coming to the gym and pushing myself on each workout. I believe a positive, fun, and consistent fitness regime is key to a healthy life and I’m excited to share my passion for being active with the CrossFit Kids, Pre-Teens, and Teens!
